How quotes and reminders work in Camper To Go

Camper To Go handles reminders in several layers. Quotes can schedule 24-hour, 1-hour, and expiry emails, confirmation reminders can be timed from booking creation and hold expiry, overdue payment reminders follow tenant payment policy settings, and tenant staff can manually resend selected booking emails from the admin tools area.

How reminder logic is split across the system

Quote reminders are built from the quote validity window and stored as scheduled reminder rows. Confirmation reminders are calculated from booking creation and hold expiry based on tenant payment policies. Overdue payment reminders use the same payment-policy layer. When automation is not enough, staff can still trigger specific resend actions from the booking admin tools route for supported email types.
